Job Title: Norwegian Speaking Customer Support for Online Content Creators
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic customer support representative to join our team. As a Norwegian speaking customer support specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to online content creators.
Job Description:In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels. You will assist content creators with inquiries related to our services, ensuring they have the tools necessary for success.
You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken)
- A strong interest in online content creation and the digital landscape
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
