Customer Service Specialist: Norwegian Speaker for Financial Crime Prevention

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Norwegian to join our Anti-Financial Crime Unit in Athens. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to the fight against financial crime.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing insightful guidance and support to Norwegian-speaking clients regarding operational inquiries related to financial security. You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance and ensuring the integrity of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients in relation to financial crime inquiries.
- Address and resolve concerns efficiently while ensuring all service standards are met.
- Maintain a strong understanding of anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
- Document interactions accurately to report trends and support compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold excellent service quality and achieve performance goals.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong interest in customer service and the financial industry.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information securely.
