Responsibilities:- Support Customers via phone, chat, and email
- Prevent Fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers
- Ambassador Role: Represent our organization in a professional manner at all times
- Case Management: Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely resolution
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and colleagues
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken)
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (written and spoken)
- Exceptional Soft Skills (problem-solving, adaptability, etc.)
- Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in CRM tools and technology
- Ability to Work Under Pressure: Manage stressful situations effectively
