Dutch Speaking Customer Service Professional for Financial Crime Prevention

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Anti-Financial Crime Unit.
Job Description- This role is key to supporting clients in addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance while contributing to the fight against financial crime.
In this position, you will provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in relation to anti-financial crime policies and procedures. You will assist customers with inquiries regarding compliance requirements, fraud detection, and financial crime reporting.
You will support clients through complex issues, ensuring accurate information and effective resolutions. Your meticulous documentation of customer interactions and maintenance of up-to-date records will ensure compliance and facilitate training purposes.
Collaboration with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues related to financial crime as necessary will be an essential part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will stay informed on industry regulations and best practices regarding financial crime prevention.
As a representative of our organization, you will handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within a financial, compliance, or legal environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex inquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to the evolving landscape of financial crime prevention.
