We are seeking a skilled and dedicated customer service representative to join our anti-financial crime unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Job Description:
The role involves providing assistance to clients in navigating regulatory requirements and documentation related to financial crime investigations. You will be required to handle sensitive cases with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with law enforcement and compliance teams to facilitate investigations and provide comprehensive support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to anti-financial crime processes and reporting.
- Assist clients in navigating regulatory requirements and documentation related to financial crime investigations.
- Handle sensitive cases with discretion and professionalism, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and compliance teams to facilitate investigations and provide comprehensive support.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and case details.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, anti-financial crime initiatives, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in compliance, banking, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information securely.
- Familiarity with anti-financial crime regulations and practices is a strong advantage.
