Job Description:As a dedicated customer service representative, you will play a vital role in supporting efforts to combat financial crimes and ensure compliance with regulations. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to provide informed support will enable you to excel in this dynamic environment.
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients regarding inquiries related to anti-financial crime protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Assist clients in understanding their rights and responsibilities under financial regulations.
- Handle reports of suspicious activities and collaborate with internal teams for investigation and resolution.
- Document customer interactions and issues accurately to maintain thorough records for compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations to provide informed support and guidance to clients.
- Work with law enforcement and regulatory bodies as needed to support investigations and compliance efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of financial regulations and anti-financial crime measures to provide expert advice.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in finance, compliance, or regulatory environments.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and anti-financial crime measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
