Danish Speaking Financial Crime Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our esteemed Anti-Financial Crime Unit as a Customer Service Representative. As the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance on anti-financial crime initiatives and services.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service to Danish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to anti-financial crime initiatives and services.
- Support clients in navigating compliance procedures and understanding reporting mechanisms.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, working to resolve issues promptly.
- Educate clients on financial crime risks and prevention measures while supporting awareness initiatives.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to financial crime prevention.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the compliance or financial sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and anti-financial crime measures is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills.
