Our company is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Anti-Financial Crime Unit.
Job Description- We are looking for an individual who is passionate about compliance, security, and helping to combat financial crime while delivering exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients.
This position is designed for individuals who have strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and procedures.
- Assist clients in understanding compliance requirements and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Investigate reports of suspicious activities, escalating issues as necessary to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to support investigations and provide relevant customer information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately, ensuring thorough records for compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in financial crime prevention.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or compliance roles, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
