Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Spanish-speaking customer service representative in our Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This position is vital in supporting initiatives aimed at combating financial crimes while ensuring compliance and maintaining the integrity of financial transactions.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries related to financial transactions, compliance, and anti-financial crime measures.
- Assist in investigating suspicious activities by collecting and documenting relevant information from clients.
- Educate customers about compliance requirements and best practices to prevent fraud and financial crime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document any suspicious behavior appropriately.
- Stay updated on regulations and policies related to financial crime prevention.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in finance, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Familiarity with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and compliance issues is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity in all customer interactions.
