Exciting Opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Anti-Financial Crime Unit
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding issues related to financial crime prevention and compliance.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality. You will also be required to collaborate with internal teams to investigate cases and enhance overall service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the financial services or compliance sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-centric service
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
