Italian Speaking Financial Crime Compliance Specialist

As an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Anti-Financial Crime Unit, you will play a vital role in assisting with investigations and providing support to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex regulations, as well as excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients involved in anti-financial crime initiatives through phone, email, and chat support.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to compliance, investigations, and reporting suspicious activities.
- Process customer information and documentation accurately while ensuring adherence to privacy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support investigations and escalate concerns as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial crime regulations and practices to provide informed assistance.
- Document all interactions thoroughly to contribute to ongoing investigations and compliance efforts.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a compliance or financial crime context.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to upholding ethical standards.
