French Speaking Customer Service Specialist for Financial Compliance

As a key member of our team, we are seeking a skilled French-speaking professional to join our Anti-Financial Crime Unit.
This role is critical in providing support to clients while ensuring compliance with regulations and helping to combat financial crimes.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding inquiries related to anti-financial crime measures.
- Assist customers in understanding compliance procedures, reporting suspicious activities, and adhering to anti-money laundering guidelines.
- Investigate customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues as necessary to the appropriate department.
- Document all interactions accurately, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and best practices in financial crime prevention.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a financial or compliance role.
- Strong understanding of anti-financial crime regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in using customer service tools and Microsoft Office applications.
