- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer experience, leveraging collective expertise to deliver superior results.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing effective solutions.
