Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced customer care and sales professional to join our team in Athens, Greece.
Job DescriptionAs a Nordic-speaking customer care and sales specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This includes delivering top-notch customer care via various channels, identifying customer needs, and managing order processing.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Understand customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Process orders efficiently and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and driving sales.
- Prior experience in customer care or sales roles is preferred.
