Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients who speak Nordic languages.

This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience within the banking sector. You will be a crucial part of delivering top-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of banking products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance your knowledge of banking regulations and customer service best practices.
  • Provide feedback to enhance the overall customer service experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English is essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the banking or finance sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece for this opportunity.
