Nordic Speaking Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Nordic Speaking Customer Service Professional to join our vibrant team in Athens, Greece. This exceptional opportunity involves delivering outstanding support to customers from the Nordic region, ensuring they receive the assistance they need.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert assistance to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Document interactions and maintain records within the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and embrace a new cultural experience.
