Nordic Speaking Consultant for Online Ticketing

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nordic Speaking Consultant in the field of online ticketing and event services. We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide top-notch support to our clients from the Nordic region.

As a Nordic Speaking Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with clients from Denmark, Norway, Finland, and other Nordic countries to offer comprehensive support for their ticketing and event services needs. You will utilize your expertise to guide customers through our online platforms, ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience when booking and managing event tickets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries related to online ticketing and event services.
  • Guide clients through the ticket purchasing process, providing tailored recommendations based on their requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, delivering effective solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to ensure that accurate and relevant event information is accessible to clients.
  • Monitor ticketing trends and provide insights to help improve services and product offerings.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service requests in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or the events industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with online ticketing and event management platforms is beneficial.
  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Willingness to take on challenges and a genuine interest in the events industry.
