Nordic Speaking Customer Support Opportunity
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative. This role involves providing exceptional support to clients regarding repair services and warranty claims via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer top-notch customer support to Nordic-speaking clients with repair services and warranty inquiries.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting, warranty coverage questions, and repair status updates.
- Efficiently resolve client issues and complaints to ensure a smooth experience.
- Document client interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with repair teams and service partners to manage client expectations and deliver timely services.
- Educate clients on warranty terms, service options, and best practices for caring for their electronics.
- Gather and report client feedback to contribute to service improvements and operational efficiency.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the consumer electronics or repair sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to comprehend technical information and convey it clearly to clients.
- Proficiency in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as necessary.
