Nordic Speaking Tech Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Consumer Electronics Repair & Warranty Department. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to repair processes, warranty claims, and product support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to address customer issues and enhance service quality.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and repair protocols.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in the tech sector.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in technology or warranty services, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
