- Develop strong relationships with clients by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions to contribute to service improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the education team to enhance user satisfaction and experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian etc.) is essential. Please specify your native language and nationality.
- Strong interest in online education and technology.
- Customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic approach to customer service.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
