Nordic Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their inquiries and ensuring an excellent experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in a Nordic language and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. If you have previous experience in customer-facing roles or are eager to learn and grow with our team, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about food delivery services and address any issues that may arise.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers on our offerings and guide them through using our services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
