Our team is seeking an exceptional Nordic-speaking customer support representative to join our Logistics & Shipping Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping and logistics services, offering solutions and guidance.
- Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on industry practices and improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish).
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in logistics or shipping, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
