Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our customer service team. As a representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide top-notch customer support and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile devices, including iOS and MacOS.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
  • Educate customers on account management and password security best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an asset but not necessary. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this position.

What You Will Bring:
  • Fluency in Spanish and advanced English knowledge.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
