Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients through various communication channels.

  • Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Utilize phone calls, emails, and chats to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Support clients with daily queries and consult on best practices related to their business needs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about new and existing services, as well as complaints, in a professional manner.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and effectively, striving for excellence in every interaction.
  • Meet both personal goals and team targets, promoting increased product usage and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Swedish.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is desirable.
  • An interest in digital banking and payment solutions is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as a problem-solving mentality.
  • Tech savvy and learning agility.
