Job DescriptionAs an Italian-speaking specialist, you will be the voice of our brand, guiding customers through their journey and ensuring seamless interactions. You will communicate effectively via phone, email, and chat to understand and resolve customer inquiries, delivering outstanding service that aligns with company values and standards.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate fluently with Italian-speaking customers to provide accurate information and resolve concerns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
