Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Experience and Exam Support Specialist. This role involves providing top-tier customer support while ensuring exam integrity.

This position requires a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer service, exam administration, and process management.

About the Role
  • Job Description: Provide customer support via various channels, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout the examination & certification process.
  • Online Proctoring: Oversee secure and fair conduct of certification exams, enforce exam rules, and handle technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.
  • Back-Office Exam Operations: Execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Any discipline is an asset.
  • Previous Experience: Similar position/function considered an asset.
  • Languages: Excellent command of English and Polish language (native-like or C2 level certification desired).
  • Computer Literacy: Advanced computer literacy required (ECDL Advance level certification considered a plus).
