Job Title: Exams and Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to provide exceptional customer service and support for our exams and certification services. As an Exams and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our examination process, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Job Description

This is a key role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. You will be working with various stakeholders, including candidates, testing centers, and other teams within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, address any issues or concerns, and ensure that the examination process runs smoothly.

In this role, you will also be responsible for overseeing the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms. This includes enforcing exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process and handling any technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in any discipline is an asset, and previous experience in a similar position or function would be considered an advantage. Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would also be beneficial.
