Exceptional Customer Experience Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for communicating effectively and building strong relationships with clients?
This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing their skills to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing top-notch customer support through phone calls, emails, and chats
- Responding to inquiries about products and services, offering expert advice on a range of matters
- Resolving issues as they arise, addressing customers' concerns in a professional and timely manner
Key qualifications include:
- Fluency in Czech
- Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
- A profound passion for cars (optional)
- Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative for at least 6 months (preferred)
- Highly developed communication skills
- A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
- Tech savviness and learning agility
- A positive attitude
