We are seeking a highly skilled Online Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers navigating online shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their orders, product information, and online platform navigation.
- Handle complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining brand loyalty.
- Provide information on promotions, new products, and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the online shopping platform, policies, and best practices.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to improving customer service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for online shopping and helping customers find the best solutions.
