Estonian Customer Experience Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Estonian (verbal and written) and English (verbal and written).
- Experience: Previous experience as a customer service representative or similar CS role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently.
