Job Description:

Our team is seeking a skilled Estonian language speaker to fill the role of Social Media Content Moderator. As a content moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring that user-generated content meets our community standards.

In this role, you will be working closely with our team to foster a positive online community through engaging with users and providing support. Your fluency in Estonian and strong communication skills make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines.
  2. Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  3. Identify and report any inappropriate content or user behavior violations.
  4. Analyze user interactions to provide insights for enhancing community engagement.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for effective moderation.
  7. Offer feedback on content trends and user interactions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of moderation practices.
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive topics professionally and constructively.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
