Job Title: Italian Speaking Social Media Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Italian Speaking Social Media Moderator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, maintaining a safe and welcoming online space.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Identify, report, and manage inappropriate content or user behavior, ensuring a high standard of community interaction.
  • Stay up to date on trends and topics relevant to the Italian-speaking community to enrich engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content team to enhance social media strategies that resonate with our audience.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and prepare reports to inform future moderation and content improvements.
  • Keep informed on best practices in social media moderation to ensure effective community management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and effective user engagement techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
  • Self-disciplined and organized, with the ability to manage tasks effectively in a collaborative environment.
