Improve Online Community Experience

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking experienced individuals to moderate and engage with Spanish-speaking users across various social media platforms. This role involves fostering a positive online experience by moderating content, identifying inappropriate behavior, and collaborating with content teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and standards.
  • Engage with users through comments and messages, providing assistance and building a supportive community environment.
  • Identify and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams for further action.
  • Conduct research on trending topics related to the Spanish-speaking audience to improve engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop and enhance relevant and high-quality content tailored to the audience.
  • Compile reports detailing user interactions and content performance to support strategic objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, policies, and best practices in social media moderation.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and effective user engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
