Nordic Speaking Social Media Content Moderators

Job Description:

This role requires you to maintain a positive and engaging online environment for users by moderating content across various social media platforms.

  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
  • Engage with users through comments and direct messages, providing timely and professional responses to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in social media moderation or community management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to address sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
