Nordic Speaking Content Moderator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to play a crucial part in ensuring our social media platforms maintain a safe and welcoming environment for Nordic-speaking users.

As a Nordic Speaking Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content, monitoring interactions, and ensuring compliance with community guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in at least one Nordic language and English, both written and spoken. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential for this role.

You will collaborate with fellow moderators to enhance moderation protocols and strategies, document moderation actions, and stay updated on trends and best practices in content moderation and social media.

Responsibilities:
  • Review user-generated content in Nordic languages across social media platforms to ensure adherence to community standards.
  • Identify and swiftly act on inappropriate or harmful content to maintain a safe online community.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to users regarding their content.
  • Collaborate with fellow moderators to enhance moderation protocols and strategies.
  • Document moderation actions and maintain clear and accurate records.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in content moderation and social media.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on community engagement.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
