Nordic Language Community Manager

As a Nordic Speaking Content Moderator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the online environment for the Nordic-speaking community is safe, respectful, and engaging.
This position involves reviewing and assessing community posts across various social media platforms, highlighting important insights, and enforcing community guidelines.
Responsibilities- Moderate content in Nordic languages to ensure compliance with established community standards.
- Promptly identify and address any inappropriate or harmful content.
- Provide constructive feedback to users aimed at improving content quality and engagement.
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop effective moderation strategies.
- Document moderation activities and maintain clear records of decisions made.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in content moderation and social media.
- Participate in team discussions to share insights and recommendations for better moderation.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on community interaction.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
- Proactive attitude toward problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for social media and commitment to creating a positive online community.
