Nordic Language Quality Assurance Specialist

Nordic Speaking Content Reviewer Analyst based in the vibrant city of Athens, Greece. You will analyze and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and quality metrics.
- Review and evaluate Nordic language content for adherence to community guidelines and quality benchmarks.
- Identify and escalate instances of inappropriate or harmful content in a timely manner.
- Provide insightful feedback on content performance and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with content creators and moderation teams to enhance content strategies.
- Document analysis results and generate reports for team evaluation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in content moderation.
- Engage actively in team discussions and contribute insights to improve content quality.
Requirements:
- Proficient in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in content moderation, review, or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective information sharing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems and analytical tools is a plus.
- A proactive approach towards problem-solving and continual improvement.
