About the RoleThis position involves reviewing user-generated content, engaging with users, and ensuring compliance with community standards across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating a positive online environment and working collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities- Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or negative user behavior.
- Monitor user interactions to gather insights that can enhance community engagement.
- Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging during moderation.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective moderation strategies.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to support continuous improvement in community management.
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and content moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect.
- Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
