At FXGT, we are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our dynamic team as a CRM Marketing Specialist. This role plays a vital part in driving customer engagement and loyalty through the creation of personalized and behaviorally relevant communications.
About the Role:This position is responsible for planning, building, and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns that support key business goals, including customer acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy - from onboarding and engagement to retention and win-back.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back
- Segment customer data to deliver personalized and behaviorally relevant communications
- Analyze campaign performance using A/B testing, experimentation, and analytics to optimize channel effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless and impactful customer journeys
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience as an email marketing specialist or CRM marketing specialist
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
- Knowledge of client list segmentation and database management
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template design and troubleshooting
- Experience with email analytics and reporting tools
