Technical Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece.

Job Description:

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will provide expert technical support to our Nordic-speaking customers, helping them navigate and resolve various technical challenges with our products and services.

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional support experience, utilizing your proficiency in technology and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch technical support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product features and industry best practices.
  • Actively gather customer feedback to drive improvements in service delivery and product offerings.
  • Contribute to training and support for new team members by sharing knowledge and insights.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service.
  • Must be eligible to work and reside in Athens, Greece.
