- Documentation: Document customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and follow-up.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and product knowledge.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers to contribute to process improvements.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
