Job DescriptionAs a customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will work in a dynamic environment and have the opportunity to develop your professional skills in a friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate guidance and assistance.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and customer experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluent proficiency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish), both written and spoken; proficiency in English is also required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
