Are you passionate about customer service and sustainability? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the Eco-Friendly Products Department.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels. You will assist customers with inquiries related to eco-friendly products, providing expert guidance and ensuring they have an enjoyable and informative shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with product-related inquiries, offering solutions and advice.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) plus English is essential.
- Strong passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems with a proactive and positive approach.
