Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding eco-friendly products, providing expert knowledge and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a warm and professional demeanor throughout all interactions, fostering trust and loyalty with our customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support ongoing service improvement and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Collaborate with your team to promote a positive and customer-centric environment, driving business growth and success.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for this role, enabling effective communication with our German-speaking clients.
