Eco-Friendly Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Eco-Friendly Products department. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our French-speaking clients.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sustainability and a commitment to providing outstanding customer support. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting interactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and make recommendations.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in the eco-friendly or sustainable products sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and provide thoughtful solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer service software.
