Customer Service Representative - Eco-Friendly Products

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in promoting eco-friendly products and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and providing information about eco-friendly products.
  • Assist customers with orders, product recommendations, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of eco-friendly products to promote environmentally responsible choices.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in sustainable products and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in the eco-friendly or green products sector, is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with customers effectively.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • A passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products will be a definite plus.
