Eco-Friendly Customer Service Representative

Seeking a passionate and customer-focused Spanish Speaker to join our eco-friendly products team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers while promoting sustainable practices and eco-friendly products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and supporting customers in their purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support in Spanish, addressing product-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, facilitating effective follow-up and communication.
- Stay informed about eco-friendly product offerings, industry trends, and company initiatives to better assist customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Engage proactively with customers to educate them on the benefits of eco-friendly products and encourage sustainable practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in retail or eco-friendly product environments.
- Passion for sustainability and understanding of environmentally friendly practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
