Eco-Friendly Customer Service Representative

Immerse yourself in the world of sustainability and customer service as a representative for eco-friendly products. Your role will be to provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate our extensive range of environmentally conscious products.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding eco-friendly products, offering expert advice on features, benefits, and sustainability information.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution to maximize satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management system.
- Promote awareness of our company's eco-friendly initiatives and products to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on sustainability trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Collect feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or eco-friendly product sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
