This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and dedicated to providing outstanding service to customers interested in eco-friendly products.
Job Description:This customer-facing role requires a professional with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional support to clients through phone, email, and chat channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service to clients regarding eco-friendly products.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and support related to eco-friendly services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with the eco-friendly products team to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and offerings.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service quality.
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the eco-friendly or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and eco-friendly products.
