We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Eco-Friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and want to make a positive impact in the world.

Job Description

As an Eco-Friendly Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service to Dutch-speaking customers. Your main goal will be to assist customers with inquiries related to our eco-friendly product range, helping them make informed choices for a sustainable lifestyle.

You will also be required to:

  • Provide detailed information about our eco-friendly products and services.
  • Help customers with orders, product information, and support for any issues they may encounter.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring detailed records for quality control and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our eco-friendly products team to relay customer feedback and enhance product offerings. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in sustainable products and practices, enabling you to provide customers with relevant information and advice.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers proactively, promoting our eco-friendly initiatives and encouraging sustainable practices.
  • Participating in training and development sessions to increase product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch, along with strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in eco-friendly or sustainable product fields, is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively assist customers.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and customer interactions.
